Santinon Development ("we," "our," or "us") built the HouseHunt Harry app as a Commercial app. This service is provided by Santinon Development and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information through this application.

1. Information Collection and Use

HouseHunt Harry operates entirely as a local application on your device.

Property and Requirement Data: All information you enter into the application (including property addresses, feature lists, pricing parameters, custom criteria, and partner rankings) is stored strictly on your device's local storage.

No Server Transmission: We do not own, operate, or maintain any external servers for this application. None of the data you input is transmitted over the internet to us or to any third party.

Local Processing: In "Couple Mode," any ranking calculations (such as the Borda count weight configurations) are executed entirely on your local CPU using your device's local memory.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Access

The application utilizes standard, official Google infrastructure to facilitate its core functions. These external services may handle data independently under their own privacy guidelines:

Google Play Billing: When you upgrade to HouseHunt Harry Pro, the transaction is processed directly and securely by Google Play Billing. Your financial details, credit card numbers, and billing addresses are never visible to, handled by, or stored by Santinon Development.

Google Play Services: The application interacts with Google Play Services to check the local device cache for valid purchase tokens (to restore your Pro status if you change devices).

3. Log Data and Analytics

We do not collect any usage logs, analytics, tracking metrics, or behavioral diagnostics from your application sessions.

Please note that Google Play may automatically collect anonymized crash reports or performance diagnostics if you have opted into sharing that data through your Android system settings. This diagnostic information is aggregated by Google and does not contain any personal property data or identifiable user inputs.

4. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since the application does not transmit any data from the device to external infrastructure, it is technically impossible for us to collect or retain data from any user, regardless of age.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
