I’m Josh Santinon.

I’m an independent Workday integrations consultant based in Adelaide, South Australia. I started Santinon Consulting in January 2026 to do the work directly, stay accountable for it, and remain useful after go-live.

What I’ve worked on

Inspiring trust through results and integrity

I work across Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST and RaaS, with systems architecture and middleware experience in MuleSoft, Boomi, and AIS. The job is usually to make the integration easier to operate, not just easier to demonstrate.

Santonin Consulting provides hands-on Workday integration expertise—from solution architecture through delivery, remediation, and long-term support.

Why I started Santinon Consulting

Integration delivery grounded in real-world ownership

I wanted a simpler model: the person you meet is the person who designs, builds, and supports the work. There is no sales handoff after go-live and no unfamiliar delivery team appearing halfway through the engagement.

I help teams make integration decisions that account for operational ownership, change, and the realities of long-term support.

Direct delivery

I stay close to the detail from architecture through implementation, testing, and release.

AMS after go-live

I can stay on for application managed services, so the context built during delivery is not lost.

How I work

I take a practical approach: understand the business process, map the ownership, then choose the smallest reliable design that the team can actually support. That includes payroll patterns such as PECI and PICOF when they are the right fit.

Start with ownership

Before a build begins, I want to know who owns the process, the exception path, and the next change.

Stay past release

If you need AMS support, I stay involved. The person fixing a production issue already understands why the integration exists.

Add people when needed

For broader engagements, I work informally with Considered Group, a co-op of independent consultants. You get a wider bench without losing the direct relationship.
